This mainly happens when they do not want to sell a house either because they want to buy it for themselves or they want to refer it to a someone they are acquainted to. In such cases, they will try to convince the buyer that it is not a good property.

Agents have been noted as people who always have hidden intentions with their sales. Often, they will try to make a huge commission from a sale; they will also block a sale for their personal benefits. Through using these tactics, most home purchasers end up buying homes they may not fully want as they are forced to compromise instead of getting their dream home.

After carrying out all the above scams, the agents are still able to make sales and swindle many clients. However, thorough being informed on some of them, a client can be able to avoid them. However, it is best to ensure that they hire the right agents who are good hearted as they will ensure that their clients are pleased with their purchase.
