For creative activities to work effectively and provide the desired outcome, the right resources must be provided adequately. A manager must also think about giving a deadline even though it might be hard to decide on which is most suitable. This is among the practices to be used.

Ensure the members are well mixed to avoid any homogenous teams, which are often less creative. Ensure all the members can blend and work jointly through imagination.

The manager must ensure they are choosing the appropriate challenges for every individual. Have in mind the fact that too little problems lead to boredom while too much contribute to overwhelming feelings. Therefore, ensure every employee is provided with tests they can handle.

Continuous learning is highly recommended. This is imperative to learn new and different things which can improve the creative abilities of employees. They get exposed to various things and strategies which influence their capabilities positively, such as attending seminars.
